Sign refund procedure

Please note that the approval of visuals for you indoor / outdoor design must be done before production. Please send your request to: communication.marketing@unimax.ca.

Refund requests should be sent to Patrick Lavoie at plavoie@unimax.ca.

For the reimbursement request, you must provide the photo of the sign installed on your building as well as the invoice. You should allow approximately 20 days to process your request.

CO-OP budget

We want to remind you that coop budgets are managed by our marketing team for advertising campaigns that will promote your banner. You cannot therefore claim the funds for advertising campaigns that you manage yourself.
